Jazz Night and Bastille Day Celebration

The Buckingham Trio will be performing many great cool jazz classics in the style of Paul Desmond, Lester Young and Stan Getz.
 

Featuring tunes from the great French pianist and composer, Michel Legrande, The Summer Know, The Windmills of Your Mind etc. Charles Trenet, La Mer and The Clio advert track 'Papa'.

Starters
Gruyere beignets, smoked aubergine puree, asparagus and rocket salad, romesco sauce

Rissole of duck leg, watercress and celeriac salad, sauce gribiche
Salt Cod brandade, confit Egg yolk, frisée salad, crostini


Mains

Black leg chicken’ coq au vin, roasted garlic mash, wilted greens

Monkfish bourride, fennel confit, saffron aioli

Confit globe artichoke, Provencal goat cheese stuffing, lentil ragout


Desserts

Strawberry crème brulèe, strawberry jus frais
Chocolate mousse, raspberrie financier
Tart Tatin, vanilla ice cream
